VAR+ sistemi, futbolda sadece büyük hataları değil, “Kelebek Etkisi” yaratarak maçın kaderini değiştiren korner, taç ve hatalı faul gibi mikro-kararları düzeltmeyi hedefleyen bir adalet devrimidir. Sistemin kalbinde, hakemin üzerinde taşıdığı Hakem Cep Ekranı yer alır.
