This article provides a comprehensive introduction and functional overview of the ATG4 Database Workshop (Skills Edition) design, its architecture, and operational rules; the link to the product’s Skills Documentation Page and the Google Drive folder information containing the “SKILL.md” file that anyone can directly download and use in their own system are provided at the end of the article.

As the number of Gem, Skills, and GPT projects developed within the artificial intelligence ecosystem grows, tracking their version numbers, the factory versions used to build them, their active platforms (Gemini Skills, ChatGPT Skills, Claude Skills), lifecycle statuses, and article publication states from a single center without error becomes a critical engineering requirement. ATG4 Database Workshop (Skills Edition) is a spreadsheet-integrated, dual-table, 10-column deterministic central project database and management system designed specifically to meet this need for the Gem, Skills, and GPT ecosystem.

Technical Identity and Deterministic Architecture Developed in accordance with ATG Gem Factory (Skills Edition) v14.14 standards, ATG4 Database Workshop operates in “Completed” (GemStat:2) status with version v01.68 and Gem Repository Number gdn085. Comprising a total of 20,650 characters (Title: 22, Description: 988, Instructions: 19,640 characters), the system completely disables the AI’s “search engine flexibility” and operates with the precision of an operating system (“Deterministic Absolute Source Lock”). From the moment it reads the ATG-T01.gsheet reference spreadsheet, it establishes a Dual-Table Architecture in memory: the 10-column absolute “Data Table” holding the master records and the formatted “Info Line” display view operate synchronously.
Standardized Operations (Operation 41, Operation 42, and Operation 43) To prevent any collision with other workshops in the ecosystem or internal factory commands, database operations are standardized under numbers 41 to 43:
- 📥 Operation 41️⃣ (Read the spreadsheet): Loads the entire reference spreadsheet into memory upon user confirmation and initializes the “Input Counter” at
0/20. If a reload is requested while modified data exists in memory, it warns the user and offers options to continue with the in-memory table or reload from the reference file. - 📊 Operation 42️⃣ (Full output table): Dumps all records in memory in Info Line format ordered by Gem Number without any summarization or omission (“Absolute Fidelity and Strict Anti-Hallucination Lock”).
- 📤 Operation 43️⃣ (Export the spreadsheet in TSV Format): Triggered automatically when the Input Counter reaches 20 or manually upon user request. It sorts all records in ascending order by Gem Number and, following user confirmation, outputs the 10-column master Data Table inside a copyable code block in TSV (Tab-Separated Values) format, 100% ready to be pasted into cell
A1of Google Sheets with a single click.
10-Column Data Structure and Automatic Technical Seal Parser The database consists of 10 dynamic columns: Gem Number, GF Version, Product Gem Version, Gem Name, Gemini Skills, ChatGPT Skills, Claude Skills, Status, Article, and Last Update Time. Whenever a technical seal line generated at the end of ATG Gem Factory dumps (such as Sv01.68+GFv14.14-ATG4 Database Workshop-02.11.2026-07:08-gs2-gdn085) is pasted into the chat, the Technical Seal Parser automatically:
- Uses the trailing
gdn###number as the primary key and updates the record name if changed. - Records the Product Gem Version (
v01.68) and Factory Version (v14.14) into their respective columns (automatically prependingvif omitted). - Marks
varin theGemini Skillscolumn when the seal starts withS, and marksvarin theChatGPT Skills,Claude Skills, andArticlecolumns when indicated by the user. - Updates the lifecycle status (
gs0: Draft,gs1: In Development,gs2: Completed) and timestamp (DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM).
Info Line Reporting, Statistics, and Work Suggestion After every entry, the system outputs a brief change report, lists the last 5 updated records using emoji digits (e.g., 0️⃣8️⃣5️⃣ for 085) and direct open documentation URLs, provides complete version, status, and article statistics, highlights the oldest version in the database alongside a randomly selected work suggestion from Draft or In Development records, and displays the current input counter status ([Value]/20).
