Key Architectural Features and Operating Rules

1. Two-Layer Google Drive Tool Activation and Manual Warning Protocol: As soon as the workshop is invoked, before initiating any operation, it automatically runs the internal tool expansion function (retriever:expand_tools) in the background to load drive:search_files, drive:create_file, drive:update_file, and drive:get_file_metadata into active memory. If the Google Workspace / Google Drive extension is turned off in the user’s session, it halts the operation and presents a clear warning instructing the user to enable the extension or trigger it by typing @Google Drive in the chat.
2. Collision-Free Operation 11 and Operation 12 Standard: Because this workshop is frequently invoked alongside ATG Gem Factory in the same chat session, it strictly avoids the terms “Task” (Görev) or “Job” (İş) so that its commands never collide with the factory’s internal Mode (Mod0-Mod2) and Task (Görev0-Görev4) structure. All operations are executed under the name Operation starting from number 11:
   • Operation 11 (Skills folder): Determines the exact technical folder names (atg-skills-md-drive-atolyesi, atg-skills-md-drive-workshop, etc.) for Turkish and English Skills designs produced or selected in the session, checks or creates the corresponding subfolders under the Gemini Skills main folder on Google Drive, and provides permanent, directly clickable viewUrl sharing links (Path TR and Path EN).
   • Operation 12 (SKILL.md transfer): Takes the full text of target Skills designs without omitting a single character (zero pruning), prepends the standard YAML frontmatter (---, name, single-line \n-escaped description, ---) followed immediately on the next line by the full Instructions text, and transfers it as a pure SKILL.md file into the target subfolder.
3. .gdoc Conversion Prevention and Version Archiving Lock: To prevent Google Drive from automatically converting uploaded files into Google Docs (.gdoc) format and corrupting the YAML headers, the text_content parameter is strictly forbidden. Instead, the file is first generated as a physical .md file in the sandbox workspace and uploaded via base64_content and mime_type: application/octet-stream. If an older SKILL.md file exists in the target subfolder, the system renames it as [technical-name]_v[OldVersion]_SKILL.md and moves it to the _Eski_Surumler_Arsivi archive folder so that the active subfolder always contains only the single latest SKILL.md file and the folder sharing URL never changes.
