In AI-assisted system design and Skills engineering, speed, consistency, and zero data loss are the three most critical pillars. Through a comprehensive architectural transformation, the structure that previously operated via individual short codes has evolved into the “ATG Gemini Prompt Workshop” (v01.12│gdn058), an end-to-end orchestration and automation workshop. Developed in accordance with ATG Gem Factory (Skills Edition) v14.14 standards in Türkiye, this workshop centrally manages chained workflows across the ATG Gem Factory, ATG Skills MD Drive Workshop, and ATG Article and Document Workshop through standardized operation numbers. The core operating philosophy of the ATG Gemini Prompt Workshop is to reference every skill in the ecosystem by its original full name from the complete system list (‘ATG Gem Fabrikası’ / ‘atg-gem-fabrikasi’, ‘ATG Skills MD Drive Atölyesi’ / ‘atg-skills-md-drive-atolyesi’, ‘ATG Makale ve Doküman Atölyesi’ / ‘atg-makale-ve-dokuman-atolyesi’) and perform dynamic latest-version checks. At any step, if the latest version of the relevant skill is already loaded in the session, the operation continues seamlessly; if not loaded, the system automatically invokes the most up-to-date version into memory. In the automated serial steps that begin once interactive design and development checkpoints are completed, intermediate decisions requiring approval (technical recommendations, dump approvals, international adaptation decisions) are automatically accepted without allowing the factory to leak into the Product Skills text. To avoid any conflict with the Factory’s internal Mode (Mod0-Mod2) and Task (Task0-Task4) commands, the workshop adopts the “Operation” (“İşlem”) terminology and the 31-32 numbering standard:
- Operation 31 — New Skills Design (Mode 1): A 10-step end-to-end workflow designed to build a new Product Skills from scratch. It begins with a task window recommendation and ATG Gem Factory Mode 1 activation, continuing the interactive design dialogue between the user and the factory until the user issues the “Okay, you can execute Task 2” command. Immediately prior to the first Task 2 dump, ATG Skills MD Drive Workshop Operation 11 creates the Turkish and English technical folders on Google Drive and writes the open Yol TR / Yol EN links into the Description section. Following the first Task 2 dump and any final refinements, upon receiving the “Continue Operation 31” command, the system sequentially executes the final Turkish Task 2 dump, the English Task 3 translation/adaptation dump, separate Task 4 Skills registrations for both languages, pure raw SKILL.md transfers via Operation 12, and the 5-part publication package via the ATG Article and Document Workshop.
- Operation 32 — Skills Update (Mode 2): Holding a special place in the binary number system, number 32 is dedicated to the most frequently executed update workflow in the ecosystem. Following the task window recommendation and ATG Gem Factory Mode 2 emphasis, the target Product Skills is selected and verified through an interactive “Is this it?” confirmation loop. If Yol TR and Yol EN links are missing in the Description section, folders are created and added via Operation 11. Once the user’s development suggestions are collected and the “Let’s continue Operation 32” command is given, the system sequentially performs the Turkish Task 2 dump, English Task 3 dump, separate Task 4 updates for both languages, Google Drive SKILL.md transfers via Operation 12, and the 5-part article/visual publication package with the default author Aydın Tiryaki.
