Futbolda “Gecikmiş Penaltı” Dönemi

Bu çalışma, buz hokeyinden esinlenerek futboldaki penaltı avantajı krizine devrimsel bir çözüm sunmaktadır. Mevcut sistemde hakemlerin “avantaj mı, penaltı mı?” ikilemi çoğu zaman hücum takımının aleyhine işlerken; önerilen “Gecikmiş Penaltı” modeli, atağın doğal akışını bozmadan adaleti sağlar. Hakemin tek kolla ihlali işaret edip beklediği, atak sonuçlanmazsa çift kolla penaltıyı kesinleştirdiği bu sinyalizasyon sistemi; VAR karmaşasını bitirmeyi, oyunun akıcılığını korumayı ve haksız düdüklerle ölen atakların önüne geçmeyi hedeflemektedir.

The “Delayed Penalty” Era in Football

This paper proposes a revolutionary model inspired by ice hockey to resolve the ongoing “penalty advantage” dilemma in football. While the current system often forces referees into a gamble that penalizes the attacking team, the “Delayed Penalty” model ensures justice without disrupting the game’s flow. By introducing a signaling system—where the referee uses a one-arm signal to reserve the penalty and a two-arm signal to finalize it if no goal is scored—this model aims to eliminate VAR confusion, preserve fluidity, and prevent the loss of active attacks due to premature whistles in Türkiye and across the globe.
