Inflationary Wage Theft and the Restoration of Labor: Wealth Transfer in Public and Private Sectors

Aydın Tiryaki (2026)

Introduction In “The Great Reckoning” model, justice is established not only through property but also through “the sweat of one’s brow.” When official inflation data falls below market realities, both the state and private sector employers silently extract a share from the purchasing power of employees and retirees. This “inflationary seizure” is a massive transfer of wealth from the broadest segments of society to the narrowest.

1. The Private Sector: The Cheapening of Labor and Employer Advantage

Setting the minimum wage and related wage scales below real inflation creates an unfair “cost rent” in the private sector.

  • The Employer’s Invisible Profit: When an employer increases wages by 30% while real inflation is at 60%, they essentially set aside 30% of each employee’s rightful share as “operational profit.” This is not a productivity gain; it is a systemic advantage.
  • Erosion of Severance Pay: Not only wages but also severance pays, which are tied to the minimum wage ceiling, are eroded this way. The severance rights accumulated over years lose their real value while this difference remains in the employer’s safe as “savings.” The Social Balance System records this difference as a (+) Debt for the employer and a (-) Systemic Credit for the worker.

2. The Public Sector: The State’s “Budget Discipline” Rent

The state, as an employer, minimizes its own personnel costs and retirement obligations in real terms by keeping inflation figures low.

  • Public Savings vs. Citizen Loss: Confining wage increases for public employees and pensions to underreported inflation is an unfair advantage for the state budget. This “profit” is essentially the bread taken from the table of the public servant and the retiree.
  • Retirement Bonuses and the Debt of Gratitude: The fact that a civil servant’s retirement bonus, earned after years of service, can no longer buy a home due to insufficient inflation indexing is recorded as a “Systemic Debt” on the state’s ledger. This is the largest “pending restoration” debt the public owes to its citizens.

3. Distortion of the Social Balance Line (The 100 Baseline)

The cheapening of labor artificially pushes the general welfare average and the “100” justice baseline upward.

  • The Unreachable Average: While the state and employers grow wealthier through these unfair advantages, the total public resource (theoretically) grows. However, because this growth is built on the losses of workers and retirees, it becomes mathematically impossible for an honest worker to reach the “social balance line.”
  • Balancing Mechanism: The system “prunes” these unfair advantages from the social scores of the state and employers, redistributing this “score value” back to the accounts of workers and retirees.

4. Holistic Restoration and Turbo Positive Discrimination

  • Hierarchical Impact: Keeping the minimum wage low pulls down all wage groups above it. The system calculates this chain-reaction disadvantage at every level and records it as a “Systemic Receivable.”
  • Retroactive Indexing: In the 20-year restoration calendar, all past insufficient increases and eroded bonuses are updated based on population growth and real inflation. This is a process of seeking justice not just for the retiree’s and worker’s present, but for their seized past.

Conclusion “The Great Reckoning” transforms inflation from a “tool of robbery” into a “parameter of justice.” By prioritizing the rights of those who live by their labor over both the public budget and the profit-seeking of the private sector, this model serves as the most humane and rational defense line of the 100-based system. Neither the state nor the private sector will ever again be able to derive social wealth in their own favor by hiding behind underreported inflation data.
