If thoughts are not captured with the warmth of the moment they are born, they may fade away within the pace of daily life, never to return with the same clarity. This stage is a security phase where the raw and valuable idea in the mind is fixed to the ground with a “digital anchor,” eliminating the risk of loss and creating the first technical record of the project.

I. The Author’s Perspective: Multi-Channel Access and Status Tracking System

The moment the “spark of curiosity” mentioned in the first stage ignites, the greatest risk for the author is forgetting the details of that idea. Therefore, even before a single sentence of the article is formed, a new chat thread is opened in the AI interface without delay. The multi-channel access (computer, phone, tablet) offered by technology provides a significant advantage in this process. Whichever device is closest at that moment, the idea is transferred there.

The method of transfer varies depending on the circumstances: while on the move or when speed is required, the process is initiated via voice command (by calling out to Gemini/Google Assistant); when in the company of others or when privacy is desired, the “parking” process is carried out with a concise text note.

The fact that AI interfaces do not automatically timestamp chat headings necessitates a manual solution for systematic archiving. At this point, a unique “Date and Status Tag” system is utilized:

• Format: An eight-character date in YYYYMMDD (Year, Month, Day) format is added to the beginning of the title.
• Status Tracking: If the subject is to be worked on later rather than immediately, a “-” (minus) sign is placed at the very beginning of the date. This sign indicates that the project is still “pending.”
• Updating and Archiving: When work on the project begins or is completed, the minus (-) sign at the beginning of the date is transformed into a “+” (plus) sign. In this way, both the current status of the project (active/completed) is updated, and the information of when the work was first started is preserved as a historical record at the very beginning.

This digital anchor provides the author with the following confidence: “The idea is now safe; I can continue from there whenever I am ready.”
