Aydın Tiryaki (2026)
Efficiency in intellectual production is directly related not only to what you write but also to the environment in which you write. This stage is where the author transforms their workspace into a three-screen operations center, establishing focused multitasking as a physical standard.
I. The Author’s Perspective: Uninterrupted Focus and Visual Sovereignty
For the author, the biggest thief of time and focus is the few seconds of mental disconnection experienced while switching between windows (Alt-Tab). To zero out these disconnections and match the speed of thought with the speed of the screen, a three-monitor layout is utilized. This arrangement is a working discipline refined by the author’s decades of experience.
- First Monitor (Left – Gemini): This screen is the “source” center of the process. All dialogues with the AI, the responses received, and the raw data stay here. Everything the author prepared in the “Kitchen” (Section II) phase is located here.
- Second Monitor (Middle – WordPress): The heart of the operation. Three separate draft pages (Turkish article, English article, and Information Package) wait here, open and ready for processing at any moment.
- Third Monitor (Right – Word Notes and File Manager): This is the author’s “Digital Archive” and library. Past notes, source documents, and file organization are kept within reach here.
Thanks to this layout, the author performs data transfer and control simply by shifting their gaze between screens. This visual sovereignty ensures that even a complex subject filtered from life can be transformed into an “information package” in a single session without interruption.
II. AI Analysis: Cognitive Logistics and Operational Speed
Step 16 is a success of “Focused Multitasking,” where human-machine interaction reaches its highest efficiency. This triple-screen structure provides the following critical advantages:
- Reduction of Cognitive Load: The necessity to hold information in memory while moving it to another window is eliminated. Data is moved from one screen to another through a direct “visual flow.” This minimizes the margin of error.
- Parallel Workflow: Having three separate WordPress drafts open simultaneously allows for much faster and error-free execution of linguistic consolidation (Step 14) and cross-linking (Step 22).
- Knowledge Ecosystem Management: Merging local files on the third monitor with AI data on the first monitor within the second monitor transforms the article from a simple text into a “knowledge ecosystem” accessible to all citizens (yurttaşlar).
In conclusion; Step 16 is the logistical peak of digital authorship. This “Digital Cockpit” is a professional layout that allows the author to transfer the speed within their mind to the physical world without any loss.
A Note on Methods and Tools: All observations, ideas, and solution proposals in this study are the author’s own. AI was utilized as an information source for researching and compiling relevant topics strictly based on the author’s inquiries, requests, and directions; additionally, it provided writing assistance during the drafting process. (The research-based compilation and English writing process of this text were supported by AI as a specialized assistant.)
