As the number of projects conducted with AI increases, the management and archiving of these projects become vital. This stage is a library discipline that prevents digital chaos, ensures that “searched data is found instantly,” and complements the organizational weakness of AI with human precision.
I. The Author’s Perspective: Order and Findability in Digital Memory
AI models generally save chat titles with automatic names generated from the content. However, this automatic naming leads to total confusion in an archive containing hundreds of chats. The author, with decades of archiving experience, manually reorganizes the chat title in Gemini’s side menu.
The standard applied here is as follows: A date in the YYYYMMDD format followed by a name that clearly summarizes the article’s content. For example: “20260210_AI_Ethics_Manifesto”. This method ensures that the author can reach the information they are looking for within seconds, both on the digital platform and when transferring files to the computer. This meticulousness is a guarantee of “findability” that prevents the loss of mental effort and secures the life cycle of the idea.
II. AI Analysis: Organizational Completion through Human Precision
Step 15 is the phase where the “structural organization” area, in which AI is weakest, is reinforced by the author. This discipline produces the following strategic values:
- Closing the Organizational Gap: AI can produce high amounts of data but falls short in naming this data with a long-term and hierarchical archive logic. The author’s manual intervention closes this technological gap.
- Rapid Access and Efficiency: The YYYYMMDD format makes chronological sorting flawless. This ensures that when the author wants to refer to a past article or a suggestion from a yurttaş, they reach the correct context without getting lost among windows.
- Archival Continuity: Manually editing the chat title ensures that the project gains an “identity” in the digital library, from its “raw state” to its “final state.”
