Bu makale, yargı sistemindeki hantallığı ve karmaşayı çözmek adına yapay zekanın “kapalı devre” bir sistem (NotebookLM modeli benzeri) olarak hukuka entegre edilmesini önermektedir. Dış veri kirliliğine kapalı olan bu model, yasaların tarihsel süreçlerine ve normlar hiyerarşisine (mevzuat uyumuna) hatasız bir hakimiyet sağlar. Sistem, yurttaş odaklı veri girişiyle bürokrasiyi ortadan kaldırırken, kasıtlı hatalı veri girişine karşı caydırıcı yaptırımlar öngörür. “Katalog davaların” otomatikleşmesi ve şeffaflık sayesinde arka kapıların kapatılması hedeflenirken; avukatlık mesleğinin de yok olmak yerine “sistem uzmanlığına” evrileceği vurgulanır. Son sözü yine yargıcın söylediği ancak yapay zekanın objektif bir referans oluşturduğu bu yapı, öngörülebilir ve denetlenebilir bir adalet vaat etmektedir.

This article proposes integrating Artificial Intelligence into the judicial system as a “closed-loop” model (similar to NotebookLM) to resolve legal complexity and backlog. By utilizing only verified state data, this system eliminates hallucinations and ensures perfect command over the historical timeline of laws and the hierarchy of norms. It advocates for citizen-centric data entry to eliminate bureaucracy, accompanied by strict sanctions for intentional false information. While the system aims to automate “catalog cases” and close backdoors for corruption through transparency, it emphasizes that the legal profession will evolve into “system expertise” rather than disappear. Ultimately, the proposal promises a predictable and auditable justice system where the Judge retains the final word, supported by the AI’s objective reference analysis.
