Bu makale, trafikte can güvenliğini mutlak düzeye çıkarmak için her araca zorunlu “Mühürlü Dijital Kayıt” sisteminin entegre edilmesini önermektedir. Sistemin temel taşı; kurallara uyulduğu sürece verilerin şifreli kalması ve gün sonunda silinmesiyle mahremiyetin korunması, ancak bir hak gaspı (ihlal) durumunda bu verilerin birer kanıt olarak canlanmasıdır. “Özgürlük” maskesi altında sorumsuzluğu savunan yapay duyarlılıklara karşı, gerçek insan hakkının “yaşam hakkı” olduğunu vurgulayan bu model; manuel ve subjektif denetimin yerini, herkese eşit mesafede duran objektif bir teknolojik adalete bırakmasını savunur.

This article proposes a mandatory “Sealed Digital Record” system for all vehicles to ensure absolute traffic safety. The core of the model lies in its protective encryption: as long as no violations occur, data remains sealed and is deleted daily, guaranteeing privacy. However, in the event of a rule transgression, the “seal” serves as a mechanism for accountability. Challenging the pseudo-sensitivity that disguises irresponsibility as “freedom,” the article asserts that the most fundamental human right is the right to life. It envisions a transition from subjective manual enforcement to a system of objective algorithmic justice that treats every citizen equally.
