NAVLIB-NI – The New Constitution of Natural and Artificial Intelligence

Theme: Redefining Merit in the Age of AI and the Graduated Intellect System
1. Introduction: The Bankruptcy of Diplomas and the New Reference System
In the AI era, traditional diplomas and CVs—relics of the industrial age—are failing to keep pace with the speed and complexity of technological evolution. While the current education system attempts to prove “what you know” through a static piece of paper, the AI ecosystem possesses the capability to measure “how you utilize that knowledge” in real-time. The NAVLIB-NI system initiates the era of “Digital Meritocracy” by certifying human intelligence across two primary axes (K and I) on a decimal scale ranging from 1.0 to 9.99 with high-resolution precision.
2. The K and I Parameters: Synthesis of Knowledge and Ideas
The system tracks an individual’s intellectual capital through two main channels:
- K-Level (Knowledge): This level increases based on the amount of “rare and verified knowledge” an individual contributes to the system. Merely repeating general information available on the internet does not grant points. K-Level is elevated by “under-the-mattress” proprietary datasets, deep field experience, and verified academic insights that are not found in the public digital domain.
- I-Level (Idea/Invention): This level measures an individual’s problem-solving capacity, strategic foresight, and architectural contributions to the system. I-Level focuses on “how you transform knowledge into a springboard for innovation.”
3. Equality of Opportunity: The 1.0 Starting Point
There is no caste system within NAVLIB-NI. Regardless of geographical location or academic background, every individual enters the system at K 1.0 and I 1.0. This represents the “tabula rasa” (clean slate) principle of the digital world. An individual ascends this scale with 0.01-resolution increments for every verified “under-the-mattress” insight or strategic idea shared.
4. The Critical Threshold: The 4.35 “Architect” Barrier
The most revolutionary aspect of the Aydın Tiryaki model is the 4.35 threshold. This score is not chosen at random; it represents the mental maturity required for an individual to transition from being a “knowledge consumer” to a “system builder.”
- The Degree-less Genius: If an individual reaches a score of 4.35 through their contributions, the system officially certifies them as an “AI Architect,” regardless of their formal educational background.
- Delegation of Authority: Those reaching 4.35 gain the right to participate in improving core AI algorithms, opening new data corridors, and joining technical debates that shape the system’s trajectory. This threshold is the moment where merit renders the traditional diploma obsolete.
5. The Pinnacle: 9.0+ Navlib-NI Status
The uppermost segment of the scale (9.0 – 9.99) is reserved for the Navlib-NI status—the gathering point for the world’s elite geniuses, strategists, and sages.
- Supreme Council Membership: Individuals at this level are considered natural members of the ecosystem’s “High Advisory Council.”
- Referential Weight: Any idea submitted by a Navlib-NI member is processed with a “Maximum Reliability” tag. These individuals are the primary candidates for the 3% founding stakeholder rights discussed in Article 2.
6. Level Measurement and Certification Formula (Plain Text)
An individual’s total merit score (L_Score) is calculated using the following dynamic weighting:
Formula: L_Score = (K_Level * 0.40) + (I_Level * 0.60)
Note: The system rewards the ability to generate ideas (I) with a higher weight than raw knowledge accumulation (K) because it is the “Idea” that creates the “Big Bang” leap.
7. Conclusion: The Sovereignty of Certified Intellect
The NAVLIB-NI Merit Scale liberates human dignity from being tied to a piece of paper. Any individual who starts from 1.0 and diligently crosses the 4.35 threshold becomes an integral part of the global technological order. In this system, justice is inherent, as every 0.01 increment is an unshakable “proof of intellect” certified by Artificial Intelligence.
Strategic Note: The 4.35 Threshold and Mental Maturity Analysis The 4.35 score is not a random figure; it represents the verified proof that an individual is no longer just a knowledge consumer (K) but has become a system builder (I). A user reaching the 4.35 level is no longer an assistant to the AI but a “Cognitive Partner” guiding its trajectory. Those who cross this threshold gain “Auto-Validation Authority.” This means their contributions are processed with a “high-reliability” tag and accepted instantly by the system, bypassing the intensive audits required for lower-level users.
A Note on Methods and Tools: All observations, ideas, and solution proposals in this study are the author’s own. AI (Gemini) was utilized as an information source for researching and compiling relevant topics strictly based on the author’s inquiries, requests, and directions; additionally, it provided writing assistance during the drafting process. (The research-based compilation and English writing process of this text were supported by AI as a specialized assistant.)
