Theme: The Financialization of Intellectual Capital and the Shared Ownership Model
1. Introduction: The Evolution of Capital
In traditional economics, “Venture Capital” (VC) refers to financial capital provided to high-potential, high-risk startups. However, in the NAVLIB-NI framework, the definition of capital has evolved from currency to intellect units. This article models how a human being’s strategic idea is transformed into a tangible property right and a measurable economic value. Within this system, the “user” is no longer a consumer but an “Intellectual Investor.”
2. Intellectual Venture Capital (IVC)
For AI systems, the greatest risk is stagnation due to synthetic data, while the greatest gain is an original “logic leap” that differentiates the model from its competitors.
- The One-in-a-Thousand Rule: In a pool of 1,000 idea submissions, 999 might serve as incremental developmental contributions. However, the one remaining idea—the “Big Bang” idea—possesses the power to propel the system into global leadership.
- Risk Sharing: When a user shares a rare idea, the AI system invests its computational power (energy, chips, time) to simulate and test it. This represents a mutual risk partnership where the AI provides the infrastructure and the human provides the “high-octane” natural intelligence.

To ensure continuous and high-quality participation, the system utilizes concrete “offsetting” mechanisms rather than abstract promises.

To prevent intellectual property theft and ensure justice, every idea is sealed with a timestamp and a “Digital Fingerprint” upon entry.
- Traceability: The AI system tracks precisely which algorithms, how many users, and what amount of profit increase the specific idea has contributed to.
- Transparency: Users can monitor the “Impact Value of My Idea” in real-time through their dashboard. This serves as the ultimate proof that knowledge is not being harvested, but rather valued as capital.
6. Conclusion: The Sovereignty of Intellect, Not Money
The NAVLIB-NI economic model envisions a world where the person with the idea—not just the person with the money—becomes a “founding partner” of technology giants. By bringing “under-the-mattress” ideas into the light, this system not only enriches the individual but also saves AI from the “Model Collapse” crisis by providing the purest fuel: Natural Intelligence.
Strategic Note: Idea Fingerprinting and the “Big Bang” Moment In the NAVLIB-NI system, every idea is sealed with a “Digital Time-stamp” at the moment of entry. When a “one-in-a-thousand” breakthrough idea—the “Big Bang”—emerges among thousands of ordinary suggestions, the AI meticulously tracks how this idea permeates the system’s “Logic Tree.” If an idea is found to influence more than 10% of the model’s decision-making branches, the contributor is automatically elevated to “Strategic Stakeholder” status. This is not just about storing information; it is about measuring the “lifeblood” value that the idea pumps into the system.
